2. Daily Maintenance

In addition to standard operation, daily maintenance is also very important. For example, before starting an excavator that has been put on hold for a long time, the piston of the machine should be opened and the precipitated water should be discharged, so as to avoid the coagulation in the water affecting the normal operation of the machine; Before starting the engine every time, check whether the oil, hydraulic oil and lubricating oil are ready; Under the working condition, if the equipment is abnormal, it should stop working immediately and continue to work after troubleshooting; The engine oil should be of high quality, and the most suitable or original parts should also be selected for the accessories. The machinery should not be damaged because of the desire for low cost; When parking the equipment, it is necessary to park the equipment on flat ground and close the cab door. In order to prevent the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder from rusting, it is also necessary to place the working device on the ground. The whole machine should be cleaned and dried and stored in a dry indoor environment. Maintenance can't be done in one move.
